When a customer need assistance, we will not just send the first and best available consultant. We will only select a consultant if we find that he/she fits the task perfectly.
It may happen that the competences in our team do not extend to deliver a good solution for the specific task. If so, we will decline the task to make sure we only handle what we are best at.
